Hall Rentals

The hall can seat approximately 150 people for a sit down dinner, and there is a full kitchen facility with commercial refrigerator and freezer, a bar area (with fridge)  and a P.A. System.  We welcome:

  • Wedding Receptions
  • Birthdays
  • Anniversary Celebrations
  • Retirement Parties
  • Bowling Banquets
  • Funeral Receptions

Rates:

  • Funeral Reception – (max. 4 hours) available until 3:00 p.m. $200  (hall only, no use of kitchen)
  • Half day without kitchen – (max. 4 hours) available between 9:00 a.m. & 4:00 p.m. $300 + damage deposit
  • Half day (max. 4 hours) available between 9:00 a.m. & 4:00 p.m. $400 + damage deposit
  • Day or Evening – (max. 8 hours) i.e. 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m.-1:00 a.m. $700 + damage deposit
  • Early access for Evening events – 12:00 noon access to hall for evening events $200
  • All day event – (9:00 am-1:00 a.m.)     $1100 + damage deposit
  • Caterer rate – $200 for up to 4 hours (minimum fee is $200), $50/hr for additional time

Access outside of the times listed or additional caretaker services $100 per hour. No hall rental may end later than 1:00 a.m.

ALL hall rental events must be insured and proof of insurance is required prior to hall entry. 

Serving or Selling alcohol – Any event serving or selling alcohol during the rental must have a valid Special Occasion Permit (Liquor Licence) for the duration of the event. The permits can be obtained from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Website. (fsn)

Please note: The hall is NOT available for stags/staggettes, stag and does or for marriage ceremonies
